Antipasto 1 C. Cauliflower, finely chopped 1 C. Ripe black olives, sliced ¼ C. Green olives, sliced ½ C. Pickled onions, chopped ¼ C. Olive oil 1 sm. Green pepper, finely chopped 1 sm. Red pepper, finely chopped 2 ¼ C. Ketchup 12 oz. Sweet mixed pickles, finely chopped (reserve fluid) 3 Tbs. Sweet pickle juice 7 oz. Tuna, drained and flaked 4 oz. Small canned shrimp, drained (or fresh cooked and deveined) Put first 5 ingredients into large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer 10 minutes. Add next 6 ingredients. Return to boil. Simmer 10 more minutes, stirring often. Add tuna and shrimp. Stir. Chill thoroughly. Serve with crackers. Makes 6 cups and it will freeze well. Store bought is not this good! Catherine.
