Thai Peanut Soup 1 finely minced onion 1T oil 1T flour ˝ tsp or so pepper flakes 2 c or so peanut butter – I used chunky 1 can chicken broth Worcestershire sauce salt fresh ground pepper 1 c or so 10% (cereal or coffee) cream Heat oil in pot, sauté onion and pepper flakes until transparent. Add flour, cook for a minute. Add peanut butter and chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper. Add seasoning until it tastes right. You may want to add a little water as well, Cook until it is hot. It burns very easily, so keep stirring it!! Once it is hot and has cooked a few minutes, pour in the cream.
